The development company Nakheel is building the new luxury residential complex Murooj Villas, which includes a duplex premium residence with 4 and 5 bedrooms. The houses range in size from 323 to 425 square metres. Each asset will have a fenced yard with a garden, a terrace and a spacious private pool. Parking for two cars will be provided at the main entrance to the house.
The settlement domain will be landscaped with green bushes, trees and lawns, creating a pleasant environment for outdoor recreation. Residents will have access to a variety of amenities, including the following:
